Information for Hoteliers and Hospitality employers
Hospitality Connect works closely with hospitality associations and other membership groups across the UK – please check our regions tab for the full list of areas the project is currently delivering in.
We predominantly work with the Chair of these groups, to harness the power of their membership, bringing forward a group of Ambassadors that can nurture the talent pipeline and support the creation of impactful partnerships with the careers education team locally.
Your venue may be a member of an association or regional group that is already part of Hospitality Connect – if not, please reach out to us using our contact form. We would be happy to explore your social value ambition and make recommendations.
Hospitality Connect Ambassadors

All hoteliers who work with us across the UK receive Hospitality Connect Ambassador induction training. Our UK Schools & Hotels Liaison Manager delivers this alongside a representative from the local careers team in advance of a project launch in that region.
The session covers:
-
Hospitality Connect recommended programme of activity
-
Curriculum enhancement and how to work meaningfully with a school
-
Safeguarding and inclusion matters
-
Local educational priorities and the careers education framework
-
Impact measurements and supporting further and higher education.
